Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with original tags. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error.
Include your order number and the item you want to return. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Exchanges depend on availability.

Sizing can vary by brand and style. Use the product’s measurements and the maker’s guidance rather than assuming every size fits the same.
Waist
Measure your waist with a soft tape, keeping it level. Check the maker’s instructions for the rise and measurement position.
Inseam
Measure a well-fitting pair from the crotch seam to the hem. A 36 × 32 label means a 36-inch waist and 32-inch inseam.
Check both boot size and width. Try boots indoors with the socks you plan to wear, and keep the soles and tags in returnable condition.
Chest & sleeves
Measure around the fullest part of your chest with the tape level. Sleeve and body measurements vary by style; compare them with a shirt that already fits you well.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or payment provider to show the refund. Original shipping is generally non-refundable.
Something arrived wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
