Shipping to the United States and Canada

Veloura currently offers shipping to addresses in the United States and Canada, subject to product availability and each supplier's delivery coverage. We are not currently accepting orders for delivery to other countries.

Shipping Rates and Options

Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout for your items and delivery address. Products fulfilled through Shopify Collective use supplier-calculated rates. There is no storewide free-shipping offer for Canada.

If no shipping option is available for your address or cart, please contact us before placing an order. Not every product or supplier serves every address in the United States or Canada.

Processing and Delivery

Processing times vary by product and supplier and are separate from carrier transit times. Review the product information and available delivery estimates before ordering. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, holidays and customs processing may affect arrival.

Items from different suppliers may ship separately, with separate shipping charges and tracking details. Available charges are displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided when available after shipment. Tracking updates may take time to appear on the carrier's website.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you need to request an address change or report a delayed, lost or damaged package, contact us with your order number. Address changes may not be possible once processing has begun.
